JEREMIAH
Samuel Michael (Sam) of Harp Chase, Taunton passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on 24th March 2007 aged 17 years. Cherished and much loved son of Sue and Mike and adored brother of Nathan. The funeral service takes place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Monday 2nd April at 12:00pm. Family flowers only have been requested but for those wishing to remember Sam, donations for Selworthy School may be sent to the funeral directors, Nigel K. Ford, North End, Creech St Michael, Taunton, TA3 5EB.
