CHILDREN at Wellsprings Primary School, Taunton, have been getting some expert help with their artwork.
As part of the school’s gifted and talented programme, artist Kaye Parmenter was invited to work with eight to nine-year-olds.
She demonstrated watercolour landscape and taught them different painting techniques.
The school recently chose to name its classes after creatures from British wildlife and is commissioning Kaye to paint pictures for each class.
A school spokesman said: “We would like to thank Kaye for coming in and hope she will visit again soon.”
