A POLICEMAN from Taunton is getting ready for his fifth London Marathon on April 26.

Tony Freeman will be pounding the streets of the capital to raise money for Help for Heroes.

He raised £1,450 for the charity last year and hopes to beat that total this time.

Tony, who served as a Royal Marine for 12 years between 1989 and 2001, said: “I want to do my bit for the brave men and women who are returning badly injured from current conflicts.
