A LIVE anti-tank grenade was dug up among the vegetables by a girl in a Devon garden.
Emma Nagle, who was in the back garden of her Silverton home, found the metal object in the vegetable patch.
Her father, Paul Davies, posed for a photo with the device before becoming concerns and eventually raising the alarm.
The device was dealt with by bomb disposal experts.
