STAFF and clients at Buff Urban Day Spa in Taunton turned pink to raise much needed cash for Wear It Pink Day.
Cancer sufferers and recovering cancer patients were invited to the spa to receive pampering on the day and enjoy a host of other fundraising events.
Visitors were joined by sponsors 24 Hour Property Repair and The Recruitment Network, who were asked to donate at least £500 towards the fundraiser.
Other supporters included The Olive Tree, Ministry of Cakes, Party On, La Beeby, Barratt and Canniford, West Country Motor Homes and Nicholas Moore Specialist Employment Lawyers.
The event raised around £4,000 with money still rolling in.
Spa owner Sam O’Brien said: “Cancer causes are close to our hearts at Buff and we are pleased to give back to this worthy charity while doing what we do best which is soothing, pampering and spoiling our clients; knowing that at the same time we are helping financially, makes it all seem even more rewarding.”
