Taunton MP Jeremy Browne has visited Musgrove Park Hospital, in Taunton, to learn more about the apprentice training scheme there.
Mr Browne said: “Proper apprenticeships provide excellent training for young people.
“The apprentice scheme being run at Musgrove is organised in conjunction with Richard Huish College and gives the trainees a wide range of skills and experiences.
“I enjoyed meeting the apprentices and discovering more about their activities.
"I wish them well with the remainder of their training and I hope they will go on to find a rewarding job either at Musgrove or elsewhere.”
