A TALENTED toy maker from Minehead has chipped in to raise cash for Help for Heroes, the charity for wounded forces personnel.

Carpenter and joiner Steven Heard, of Quarry Close, Alcombe, who has been partially deaf since birth, has become renowned for crafting wooden toys, and had been hard at work making two toys for the popular charity.
