WORK is progressing on a new landing site for helicopters at Taunton’s Musgrove Park Hospital.
The helipad, in front of A&E, will allow the Dorset and Somerset air ambulance to transport emergency patients to Musgrove – currently they are transported to the Civil Service Club and ferried to the hospital in a land ambulance.
