POLICE are appealing for information after a teenager was assaulted in Taunton.
The incident happened on Monday, February 15 between 2.15pm and 2.20pm in Crowcombe Road, Pyrland.
The victim was cycling towards the junction of Hylton Close when he was confronted by a group of six or seven youngsters.
One of them punched the teenager on the head and pushed him off his bike.
The offender is described as white, about 6ft tall, in his late teens and with a broad build.
He had short brown hair and was wearing a black thin sports jacket with the hood down, dark blue jeans and trainers.
