A ROCKWELL Green mother of four has hit out at Taunton Deane Council, which has left her on a waiting list for suitable housing for the last five years.
Lisa Packman has spoken to the County Gazette because she feels no-one appears to be considering the welfare of her and her young children.
Lisa, 35, has four children - William, a 12-year-old with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); Leeroy, aged ten, who has only recently grown out of fits; Kirsty, aged seven; and Robert, who is six but has the mental age of three-and-a-half due to epilepsy.
Lisa claims her current four-bedroom house in Dobree Park is unsafe due to the close proximity of the railway line and a ten-foot drop from her garden.
