POLICE in Truro are appealing for help from the public in tracing medication which was lost in the city centre sometime during the afternoon on Saturday.
A local man told the police that he had mislaid a Tesco carrier bag which contained 120ml of methadone and six Clamasapan tablets. The drugs were inside a Reeds Chemist prescription bag and could be dangerous if taken by children.
The carrier bag also contained groceries.
Anyone with information regarding the lost medication is asked to call the police on 08452 777 444 quoting log number 931 of 110605.
