A ROW over "outrageous" train tabling for Burnham and Highbridge may have reached a compromise - with news of a further stop to help plug a five-hour gap.
Wessex Trains had originally scheduled no trains between 11.37am and 4.10pm on busy summer Saturdays - much to the outrage of Somerset County Council and watchdog Transport 2000.
Jan Hooking, spokesman for Somerset County Council, had said it had not been consulted on the issue and was "very unhappy about it".
