THE image shows how a derelict former industrial site in Camborne will be transformed as part of plans for a new 500-home urban village in Tuckingmill - one of the largest residential schemes in Cornwall for over a decade.
The architect's impression shows how new life will be breathed into the historic North Lights Building, with shops, restaurants and a piazza forming a vibrant and attractive gateway into the proposed Tuckingmill Urban Village.
Tuckingmill Urban Village Ltd last month unveiled its proposals for a new urban village, including shops, restaurants and community facilities on 24 acres (10 hectares) of disused land behind the former Bickford Smith fuse factory in Tuckingmill.
