IT seems that everywhere you thurn these days Bridgwater has been defaced by yobs with cans of spray to the point where graffiti has been branded "an epidemic that's got out of hand."
But what can be done to address the problem? A youth leader and councillor feel they have a solution - designated "graffiti areas" where people are allowed to practice their "street art".
