YOUNGSTERS will be encouraged to chatter and natter, whisper and yell at an event in Taunton.
Make Chatter Matter is being organised by Taunton Deane Childminding Network and the I Can charity, which helps children with communication skills.
The event, on Monday, June 13, at Vivary Park, marks National Childminding Week.
