The Clive Rosevear Twenty/20 Centenary Handicap Cup opening games have been played. The competition has been devised to celebrate the Cornwall Cricket League Centenary in 2005 with all 78 clubs automatically entered.

A handicap system sees teams with a higher division advantage conceding 30 runs plus an additional 10 runs for every additional division. Fourteen first round ties were scheduled with the remaining 50 clubs entering at the second round stage.
