The RSPCA is appealing for information after five puppies were found dumped outside a Cornish hotel.
The collie type puppies, which are five or six-weeks-old, were discovered in a wooden box near the entrance to the Esplande Hotel, on the Esplanade at Newquay on May 24 at 2pm.
After being discovered by a member of the public, the puppies (four dogs and a bitch) were collected by the local dog warden at about 4pm and taken to St Francis Animal Home, where they are currently being cared for.
