RED mist has descended on Highbridge residents who say the council has passed plans they claim will mean they "won't even be able to get into their own home".
The green light has been given to the conversion of the old customs warehouse on Huntspill Road to be turned into nine flats - complete with parking spaces and four garages.
But Terrence Samson, who is one of the people who lives in the houses behind the building, says the plans show two parking spaces that would block access to the row of homes.
