A MAJOR campaign is being launched in Somerset to offer help to thousands of grown-ups who struggle with the three R's.
The initiative comes as Department for Education and Skills figures show around 42,000 adults in the county would fail GCSE English and 150,000 would flunk maths.
The message being given is - brushing up your skills can be simple, enjoyable and free.
