EXPLODING gas cannisters lit up the night sky early on Thursday morning as 70 firefighters tackled the biggest blaze of the year in Bridgwater.
Smoke poured from T&L Sweet and a neighbouring scrapyard, Brue Avenue Spares, at Brue Lane on the Colley Lane Industrial Estate, as crews from all over Somerset teamed up to tackle the massive blaze.
