AN INNOVATIVE partnership formed by Mid Devon District Council has resulted in a grant of £30,000 being made available for community networks in the South-West.
The council formed Devon Funding Advisers Network (DEFAN) in early 2003 to encourage funding agencies, such as Awards for All and Devon Community Foundation, to discuss their grant programmes with funding advice workers.
