DELICIOUS food and goodies from across Europe will be on sale in Taunton at a continental market on the weekend of June 10-12.
Traders from Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Holland will provide a 'Taste of Europe' in High Street, the Parade and Fore Street.
The event has been organised by the Taunton Town Centre Management team in partnership with Market Place (Europe) Ltd.
"This is the first time Market Place (Europe) has been in Taunton and we're excited to be in such a wonderful town," said a MPEL spokesman.
There will be cheeses from France, Holland and Italy, charcuterie, pts, rich biscuits and cakes from Brittany, chicken and potato provenale, and paella from Cordoba in Spain.
On the non-food front will be leather goods with great handbags from Paris, cashmere and silk knitwear, crafts, perfumes from France, crystal and colourful table-wear from Provence, and Italian silks.
A second market is planned for November 18-20 to coincide with the switch-on of the Christmas lights.
