A MISSING teenage girl could be in the Taunton area. Sherrie McBay, 14, was last seen at the children's centre where she lives, in Frome, on Saturday, January 29.
A police spokesman said: "She is known to have a number of friends in Taunton where she may be staying. Sherrie is described as very street wise, but concerns are growing for her safety."
The teenager is described as white, 5ft 3in tall, with slim build and blonde, shoulder length hair, which may be tied back in a ponytail.
When last seen she was wearing a white top, three-quarter length dark trousers, white trainers and a pink hooded top with the word 'George' on the front.
