CHILDREN from St George's RC and Trinity Primary Schools, in Taunton, were given a talk by author Steve Voake about his first book.
Mr Voake, a head teacher in Somerset, told the youngsters how he wrote The Dreamwalker's Child and read extracts from the book during the session at Taunton Library.
Team librarian Joy Tollington said: "As you'd expect from a teacher, he gripped the children with his talk and they asked a lot of very good questions."
