FALMOUTH is set to become the new Walford this weekend as an Eastenders star shows himself to be a diamond geezer with a heart of gold.
Steve McFadden - aka East End bad boy Phil Mitchell - is bringing fellow cast members, past and present, from the BBC1 soap to his home in Falmouth, where he will wine and dine them before a celebrity football match on Sunday.
Stars include Dean Gaffney (Robbie Jackson), Cliff Parisi (Rick "Minty" Peterson), Jack Ryder (Jamie Mitchell), Kim Medcalf (Sam Hunter - nee Mitchell), Mohammed George (Gus Smith), James Alexandrou (Martin Fowler) and Mr McFadden himself.
There will also be a couple of mystery guests, to be revealed on the day.
Mr McFadden, who left the soap last year but has revealed to the Packet an impending return, said: "I'm looking forward to the weekend. It's going to be good. I'm bringing a lot of people down who haven't been here before."
