ILLOGAN 1 RNAS CULDROSE 2
NOT for the first time this season Illogan has lost a Jolly's Combination League game they should have won quite comfortably.
They led with a goal in the second half, but failure to take just a couple of a hatful of chances cost them dear.
The home side dominated the first half with some neat flowing football, but they missed a great chance of taking a 12th minute lead when Luke Fenton failed to hit the target in a one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
Ryan Treloar found himself in a similar position after 20 minutes, but he fared no better with a shot that didn't trouble the goalkeeper.
Treloar had another opportunity, but along with Gareth Pitt Illogan found it difficult to get any of their shots anywhere near the target.
A minute into the second half Illogan began where they left off with Treloar firing well wide of the target and Fenton shooting wildly over.
