THE pioneering Chard and Ilminster Community Just-ice Project is taking a ma-jor stride forward this week as the panel's first volunteers get their training.
The nation's eyes will be firmly focused on the area to track the development of the project after 35 people completed their training this week.
The panel is backed by the Chard and Ilminster News' Bring Justice Home campaign and is the only one being piloted in the UK.
It will bring together victims and perpetrators in and effort to promote restorative justice and tackle anti-social behaviour.
