THE search is on for Somerset's 'specsiest' glasses wearers.
Specsavers has launched a contest to find the sexiest specs wearer in the country - starting with a regional heat.
Whoever wins Mr or Miss Sexy Specs 2005 will scoop a year's modelling contract, a two-week all-inclusive holiday for two in Mexico, £250 spending money, more than £300 worth of hair and beauty products a Specsavers' eyecare voucher worth £150.
Alan Honeybone, regional director of Specsavers, said: "This competition is a fantastic opportunity for gorgeous young specs wearers to shine."
Semi-finals for the South-West take place in March - to enter, pick up a form from Specsavers before the end of January or log onto www.specsavers.co.uk
