A FATHER of a premature baby says Sedgemoor District Council "stinks" for not helping him to find a better place for his family to live.
While their premature daughter Megan battles for life in hospital, Michael Riddle, 24, and wife Emma, 23, are battling with the council to find a two-bedroom home in time for her homecoming.
They have lived in a one-bedroom flat in Phillip House off Rhode Lane for the past year and say it is not a suitable place for a premature baby to live.
