THE gypsies who controversially set up home in a field in North Curry have been told their children cannot attend the village primary school.
They have the right to appeal against the decision, which was taken because the school already has more pupils than its official capacity.
So far the gypsy community, living in 16 units they built in days on the field in Oxen Lane, has put forward the names of seven children to attend the school.
