LEGAL chiefs have this week named and shamed several offenders in the Taunton Deane area who are trying to escape justice by not paying their fines.
A list of fine dodgers across the Avon and Somerset area was published on Monday at the start of the second blitz of its kind.
It is part of the Government's UK-wide 'Payback' campaign to recover criminals' assets and prevent money laundering.
