CATERING businesses and restaurants are being urged to find out more about fair trade products.
More information about the products, which guarantees farmers in the developing world a fair price, will be available at an open evening which takes place at the caf in Taunton library on December 1 from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Taunton became a fair trade town in June and produces the Taunton Deane Fair Trade Directory.
