VISIONARIES from the Minehead area have formed an influential think tank to boost the town's future prospects.
The strictly non-political Cream Vision Group has recruited a number of well-known local people, including civic and business leaders, to come up with ideas to give Minehead a much-needed boost.
And its aims include finding ways to boost local salaries, stop a brain drain of young people deserting West Somerset and make homes more affordable.
CVG is the brainchild of businessmen and friends, Klaus Middleton-Smith and Carl Saunders-Singer, whose Sunday-morning chats in the Cream caf formed the basis of the group.
