A NOVEL reindeer race has been organised to raise money of Wiveliscombe Junior Cricket Club.
The club is currently selling reindeers to the town's residents such as Rude Ralf the Red Nosed Wine Drinker and Looks Like Rain Dear for the races.
As well as the races, there will be several Father Christmases at the event to meet and greet children and hand out presents, as well as hot turkey sandwiches, face painting and lots of other activities for the children. Adult prizes will include Cotleigh Brewery's famous Reinbeer.
The races will begin at 7.30pm on Friday, December 10, at Wiveliscombe Rugby Club. Entrance will be free to reindeer owners and under-14s and £2 for all others.
