Police investigating the mysterious drowning of a parish councillor off the Cornish coast are looking for a boat which shares a name with the murdered man's vessel.
The body of 56-year-old Peter Solheim was recovered from the sea by fishermen five miles off Black Head, on the Lizard Peninsula in June.
He was last seen getting into his small white dinghy Izzwizz with an unidentified man at Mylor harbour, near Falmouth, Cornwall, on June 16.
Police now think there may have been a second small boat, with the almost identical name Izz Wizz in the area at the same time.
Detective Sergeant John Trott said: "Peter Solheim's boat forms a major part of this murder investigation.
"It is possible that there is another boat of the same name in the local area and we would like to trace the owner to find out its location in and around the time of June 16, 2004, when Peter Solheim was last seen, for elimination purposes."
Mr Solheim's boat was found adrift in Mylor harbour with its key in the ignition on June 17, and the following day his body was pulled from the sea five miles off the Cornish coast.
