A SOMERSET volunteer has been recognised for her work by being presented with a Justice Award by Prime Minister Tony Blair at Downing Street today.
Mary Lindrea, who works for Victim Support, was honoured for her outstanding achievement for victims (of crime) at the ceremony.
The honour follows on from and award by Avon and Somerset Criminal Justice Board at a ceremony at Leigh Court, near Bristol, earlier this month.
