Dr Martens League: Taunton Town 0, Team Bath 1
TAUNTON boss Russell Musker admitted after this Easter Monday defeat by the students: "They were the better team from start to finish."
Taunton never got out of the blocks and Team Bath dominated for long spells, without looking too dangerous in front of goal.
Taunton went into the game without 27-goal striker Antony Lynch (hamstring injury) and lost partner Adrian Foster (thigh knock) shortly after half time. It meant they rarely functioned as an attacking force.
The only goal of a drab game came in the 71st minute when ex-Aston Villa and Coventry City youngster, Luke Prince, cut in from the right before steering the ball on the run past goalkeeper Paul Edwards.
