BOBBY Foster, treasurer of Wellington and District Pool League, had double reason to celebrate at finals night.
Foster overcame Sam Carreau in the singles final and then went on to beat former world champion Jason Twist, eight-balling him in the process.
He and Robin Laird were the only local players to beat special guest Twist on a night to remember.
