ROUND-THE-CLOCK security has been posted at the beleagured SureStart site in Williton, it was revealed this week.
Security guards from a Coventry firm will be on duty 24 hours a day to protect the unfinished building from vandals.
Somerset County Council said instructions had been issued to suspend construction work on the Killick Way project.
But workmen would remain on site 'for the next few days' to make the site safe, secure and weather-tight.
