WENDRON CC completed their season undefeated in Division I of the West Cornwall Winter Pool League with a 6-3 win over the Godolphin Club in their final game. Singles winners for Wendron were Steve Williams, Peter Williams, Ian Williams and Shane McCartney.

Helston RBL B moved in to second with a 6-3 win over the Angel but despite Kennack losing to Helston RBL A 5-4, with a game in hand they look favourites for second. Joey Robinson, Andy Perry and Derek Real were the winners for RBL A in that win over Kennack.

Helston FC B came fourth after a 7-2 win over the Prince of Wales but result of the week must go to the Old Courthouse who won their first game of the year coming from 4-0 down to defeat Porthleven FC 5-4. Having already won Division II the Coach & Horses B team ended off their season with a 7-2 win over the Crown Inn. The Bell needed 9-0 to get second but ended up losing all six singles as the Harbour defeated them 7-2. Helston RBL C took advantage of the Bell's defeat as singles wins from Marcus Thomas, Gary Smith, Matt Stephens, Richard O'Sullivan and Dave Shannon helped them to a 7-2 win over the Coach & Horses A team and leapfrogging them over the Bell in to third spot.

Three Tuns B finished off a good season with a 7-2 win over the Star while Paris B finished their season with a derby win over their A side.

Kennack D won the Division III title with a 7-2 win over the Fitzsimmons B side but wins from Graham Cook, Tim Johnson and Chris Cook helped the Godolphin Club to a 5-4 win over last week's second placed side Tophouse.

The Queens Arms jumped up in to second positionwith a superb 8-1 win against the Gweek Inn helping them claim the runners up spot and promotion to Division II.

Helston CC B Finished off the season well with a 7-2 win against the Old Courthouse.

In an exciting finish in Division IV, Constantine SC won 8-1 against the Queens Arms at Breage to win the title. Wins from Mark Alford, Richard Salter, Paul Hull and Keith Somers helped the Angel to a 7-2 win over the White Hart to tie with the Constantine Social Club on points and tie the match wins with 18 but Constantine won the title by winning the most single games.

Porthleven FC B came from 3-0 down to defeat the Lion & Lamb A team 5-4 while the Harbour finished the season well with a 7-2 win over the Lion & Lamb B team.

Shane McCartney (Wendron CC) won the singles knockout competition after defeating last year's winner Anthony Williams (Helston FC B) 3-1 in the final. The last 8 played off at the Fitzsimmons Arms last week and Shane defeated Kennack duo Stuart Hammill and Malcolm Fox (both games 2-0) on his way to the final while Anthony won both of his games 2-0 against John Bosustow (Fitzsimmons B) and Jim Hunt (Helston RBL B).
