A CREWKERNE man appeared in court on Monday charged with killing football club boss Sean Cosgrove.
Christopher Rideout, 23, was chraged with manslaughter and granted bail by taunton Deane Magistrates on the condition that he stays at an adress outside Somerset.
Mr Cosgrove, 33, of South Street, Crewkerne, died after a violent incident in the town centre in the early hours of Staurday morning.
It is belived the Hinton St George FC manger died after trying to break up a fight outside the town hall.
