TREVOR Senior has become the first manager of Bridgwater Town to be offered a contract since the club was reformed 20 years ago.

The 42-year-old former top football league striker has yet to sign on the dotted line of a one-year deal.

But he said at the weekend: "I shall be delighted to accept. "I want to carry on as Bridgwater manager, because it is a great club."
