COMMUNITY projects in Taunton face the axe as part of funding cut backs.
The county's Children's Fund, which aims to tackle child poverty, will be slashed by 13 per cent next year with a 33 per cent cut the following year.
The move will mean a cut in funding to the summer school in Archbishop Cranmer School, trained sports coaches at primary schools and a project worker at Holway Park School.
