BRIDGWATER and Albion aim to prove that they are currently the best side in Powergen South West One by saving themselves from relegation with an away victory over new champions Reading on Saturday (3pm).
"We are going there to win," said coach Kevin Innalls. "If we do that, we will stay up no matter what happens to our rivals Keynsham or Oxford Harlequins. We have convincingly beaten the other top-three sides, Cinderford and Clevedon, and we are sure we can do the same at Reading."
Innalls's coaching calleague Stu Woodhouse, who will play on Saturday despite his groin injury, said, "We see ourselves as the best team in the league and aim to prove that. We have lost only three matches since December and they have all been by margins of less than five points. The Reading game is our chance to measure ourselves against the official No 1s, having thrashed the two sides below them."
