PRINCE Charles will officially open a new £6m creamery at Lubborn Cheese, Manor Farm, Cricket St Thomas on July 4.
The Prince of Wales will be taken on a tour of the new creamery, which combines the traditional craft of cheese making with the latest technology, and shown the maturing rooms and finished cheeses.
Managing Director James Farnham said: "The opening is teh culmination of many years hard work and dedication by our team."
The company is waiting to hear if it has won a major contract from supermarket giant Tesco.
