THE driver of the minibus, which overturned in North Newton on Thursday morning injuring 15 people, has been released on bail after pleading guilty to charges of driving with excess alcohol.
Latvian Pavels Parsuta, aged 27, of Bower Lane, Bridgwater, was found to be over almost twice the legal limit, it is alleged.
Appearing at Sedgemoor Magistrates Court on Friday, the case was adjourned until 11am on July 18.
