Quality of life in Fords Row, Redruth, has "dramatically dropped" since youths turned the nearby Flower Pot Chapel car park into a playground.
Angry residents say the car park, re-surfaced three years ago, has attracted youths on skateboards, motorbikes and even cars who race around it at night, playing loud music and destroying trees and shubbery.
This is in stark contrast to the peace and quiet residents enjoyed before the car park was made.
