MURDER victim Anthony John Sweet may have been dead for up to five days before his body was found by police. The former Tesco security guard was last seen alive on Good Friday. His body was discovered at his High Street home at 3.20pm on Wednesday, April 23 after a member of the public raised the alarm. Mr Sweet, 52, was described by friends as a very private man who enjoyed a quiet pint in his local, The Choughs, and who often took his pet cat out with him. Often the cat was perched on his shoulder.
