AMBITIOUS plans for a leisure complex featuring a health centre, gymnasium and conference theatre have been submitted by bosses at Express Park, Bridgwater's 105-acre business site.
If planning is approved, a development costing in excess of £4 million to construct will open in March 2004, featuring a caf, day nursery and offices as well as conference, health and gym facilities.
