SCHOOLGIRL Charlotte King is following in her dad's footsteps and playing county cricket.
Charlotte's father, former Essex bowler Nick King, is bowled over by his daughter's selection for the Somerset Girls Under 15 side.
Her name was put forward by Taunton School teacher Lucy Turner, Somerset wicket-keeper Rob Turner's wife, and one of the first women members of the MCC.
Playing against Isle of Wight, Charlotte proved she's inherited her father's skills, taking a wicket and holding a catch.
Multi-talented young sportswoman Charlotte, of South Petherton, has played rounders for England and netball for Somerset, and her dream is to manage her own football team.
